This perfect-bound book presents self-help techniques for relieving common foot aches and pains. Health in Aging.org states that “Up to 87% of people have foot pain at some time in their life.” Muscle testing (MT) of the dominant muscles of the feet is used to determine if the muscles are involved in foot issues.
