Up to 87% of people experience foot pain at sometime in their life according to HealthInAging.org. These techniques come in handy for yourself and/or others for relief of foot pain.

This coil-bound book shows how to test the plantars and dorsal muscles of the feet and how to correct ‘unlocking/weak’ muscles that may be causing foot pain. A variety of techniques are demonstrated for correcting these muscles. The techniques are based on the popular Touch for Health® (TFH) techniques and present several new muscle groups to add to the TFH protocol. When these techniques work, it is surprising how quickly positive changes can occur.

For those not familiar with TFH, the book offers a good introduction to the use and benefits of TFH. The primary correction technique is a flexible and easily learned technique that can be used for a variety of aches and pains.

The techniques focus on common everyday aches and foot pain. No medical advice is offered in the book or software. For all life-threatening, serious, or if conditions continue or worsen, professional healthcare should be sought.
